Custom Bimini & Dodger System
Vessel: 43' Hinckley Sou'wester "Wind Song"
Location: Newport, RI
The Challenge: Owner planning extended Caribbean cruising needed complete cockpit protection that could withstand offshore conditions while maintaining the classic lines of the Hinckley design.
The Solution: Custom-fabricated bimini and dodger in Sunbrella Marine Grade fabric with stainless steel frame. Integrated LED lighting, removable side panels for ventilation, and reinforced stress points for heavy weather.
The Result: System has weathered three hurricane seasons and over 5,000 nautical miles. Owner reports staying completely dry in 30-knot winds and driving rain.
Off-Grid Renewable Power System
Vessel: 38' Pacific Seacraft Crealock "Wanderer"
Location: San Diego, CA
The Challenge: Circumnavigating couple needed reliable power for extended offshore passages without running the engine. Existing electrical system was outdated and unreliable.
The Solution: Complete electrical system redesign. Installed 600W solar array, wind generator, lithium battery bank (400Ah), and MPPT charge controllers. Added comprehensive monitoring system.
The Result: Vessel now generates more power than it consumes in normal conditions. Owners completed 45-day Pacific crossing without running engine for charging once.
Stack Pack & Lazy Jack System
Vessel: 50' Beneteau Oceanis "Sea Bird"

The Solution: Custom stack pack with integrated lazy jacks, designed for the full-batten mainsail. UV-resistant Sunbrella with reinforced zipper system. Engineered to allow complete sail drop and flaking from cockpit.
The Result: Owner can now drop, flake, and secure the mainsail in under 90 seconds without leaving the cockpit. System has performed flawlessly through two seasons of Great Lakes sailing.
